Barry Rosen is a CTA registered with CFTC. Since 1987, Barry has been the editor and publisher of a monthly commodity timing newsletter, Fortucast Commodity Market Timing. Barry operates a hotline and daily 900 service advising market timing for his clients.
Barry focuses on over 16 markets in his letter and his eclectic methodology includes: Gann, Elliott Wave, Andrew's Lines, geocosmic cycles, linear cycles, Gann cycles, and unique cyclical timing devices he has developed by exploring the work of Gann. He has a diverse educational background with a masters in literature, as well as business. Barry has taught college for 7 years. He has done private consulting for major CTA's like Jim Roemer of Weather Trades and in 1990-1992 he first appeared as a guest writer on the DTN network. He started his own satellite service on Farm Data, titled Prosperous Farmer and now advises over 1,000 farmers daily.
Barry has published numerous articles appearing in Trader's World and the NCGR Journal on the relationship of geocosmic cycles to timing the markets. He teaches seminars on market timing and is currently authoring and article on "Charting Time vs. Price: Finding Time Confluences and Turning Point Clusters."
